Medicine itself is a good option to choose. The only issue is, state PSCs may not have medicine as an option. You need to check if the option is available and then go for it.

@Sathish - as of now, we do not have official data, however, last year, GM- Male with no category who had scored between 170-175, had cleared prelims. My guess is, OBC cut off should be between 160 - 170, net score.
